Registration form to enroll in The Virtual Academy
Please note the following:
- Registration form must be signed by student's Guidance Counselor
- Each student must have an e-mail address
- Payment (or district's purchase order) must be submitted with completed form and can be either mailed or delivered to the ESC of Lorain County office.
