My name is Mark Millar. It is an honor to work with the professional staff and educators at the ESC of Lorain County.

My background in education started with my graduating from North Ridgeville High School and then attending and graduating from Ohio University with a Communication degree from Scripps. I received my teaching certificate and a Master in Educational Administration from Cleveland State University, and a gifted endorsement from Muskingum University.

I taught elementary at Newton D. Baker School of the Arts in Cleveland Municipal School District and was an Assistant Principal at Mary B. Martin Middle School. The past seventeen years I have worked as an elementary school principal in North Ridgeville City Schools.

My wife Mary and I have three grown daughters and our family dog “Grady” to keep us busy in our home in Lakewood, Ohio.
