Stress is a normal reaction to change. Prolonged periods of stress such as the current pandemic, however, can have a negative physical and emotional impact on the body. This training reviews the signs and symptoms of stress, as well as coping and self-care strategies for staff and students. We will also explore the increased importance of building relationships as key to supporting students during COVID-19. Maintaining connections and learning to manage stress in a healthy manner will help us to navigate these difficult times together.
