Region 2 State Support Team provides highly trained facilitators to work with district and building leadership teams with the Ohio Improvement Process.
Leadership teams use the Decision Framework tool to make data based decisions that result in a focused plan that aligns goals with funding through the CCIP. The process is a three year commitment resulting in a system that monitors and evaluates the implementation of strategies and actions across the system.
The Ohio Leadership Advisory Council (OLAC) has created online modules to support district and building leadership teams through OIP.) Video clips include information from internationally known researchers as well as representatives from Ohio Schools participating in OIP.
