Operating Standards for Ohio Educational Agencies Serving Children with Disabilities (effective July 1, 2008)
Ohio's updated special education rules, Rules 3301-51-01 to 3301-51-09 and Rule 3301-51-11, were adopted by the State Board of Education. The adopted rules were filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR), Legislative Service Commission, and Secretary of State and became effective on July 1, 2008.
Rules 3301-51-01 to 3301-51-09 were adopted by the State Board of Education at the board’s March 2008 meeting. Rule 3301-51-11 was adopted by the State Board at its June 2008 meeting.
