Transition Services/Activities

 

 

What services will the student need to support their courses of study, and assist them in the achievement of their post-secondary goals? Services may include specialized instruction, related services, community experiences, development of employment and other post-school adult living objectives, and if appropriate, daily living and linkages with adult services.
