The ESC is strategic in developing services that meet the needs of our customers. We provide a cost saving means to school districts in Erie, Huron and Lorain County for professional development and services.

Along with professional development rolled out from the Ohio Department of Ed, we provide tailored trainings to meet the needs of our districts. Our high quality professional development opportunities meet the standards established by the state as they provide job embedded opportunities to affect change in practice.

Our strategic planning committee has developed a marketing plan to ensure alignment of our products, programs and services with our customer needs.
