For those who hold an active 'blue card', this refresher will cover all the Key Points of the crisis development model, verbal escalation continuum and the COPING model.
For those who are new you can do a hybrid version prior to attending Jan. 29
. This means you would spend 3-4 hours online developing your understanding of the models and then join us from 12:00 - 4:00
on the 29th to deepen your understanding and complete the physical activities.

By registering to attend an event requiring a registration fee, we must receive your cancellation in writing by emailing [email protected] two weeks prior to the event date for a full refund.

If you do not cancel, cancel within 2 weeks of the event or do not attend, you/your district will still be responsible for payment.
In the case of emergency or situations out of the ordinary, registrations are transferable to another colleague.
