LETRS for Administrators is a course of study that aims to help instructional leaders improve their school literacy structures and outcomes.

LETRS for Administrators helps literacy leaders:
  • Understand the importance of implementing a holistic literacy initiative.
  • Learn how to select literacy curricula and assessments.
  • Build empowered educators by giving them the support they need on their own LETRS journey.
  • Gain access to practical tools and guides to implement a successful and sustainable literacy initiative.
The research-based course complements LETRS, and guides state, district, or building leaders in implementing research-based, multi-tiered instruction. The course provides components to create a comprehensive implementation plan for a literacy initiative. It takes into consideration systems thinking, implementation science, change management, and leadership research.

This dynamic blended learning experience includes three components:
  • LETRS for Administrators Online Learning Platform
  • LETRS for Administrators Print Manual
