Curriculum Directors and/or District Leaders guiding curriculum adoption process (Max 1-2 leaders per district)
This training will guide district leaders in how to complete a curriculum adoption in the area of literacy. We will provide information on how to build a literacy curriculum adoption team and develop the team’s background knowledge in the science of reading, identify programs to be considered for review, describe red flags and look-fors that should be considered, and how to complete rubrics to finalize adoption.
