Dr. Marzano's Art & Science of Teaching

ESCLC is Northern Ohio’s exclusive provider of Marzano’s Art and Science of Teaching workshops. Workshop timing and delivery options are flexible to meet your needs.

The workshop can be done in an all-inclusive 2 full day package, 4 half-day packages or any time frame that you would prefer.

Our online course, which is actually a book study, can be customized to fit just your district. We will create a co-hort that is for your staff only.

The Ohio Teacher Evaluation System (OTES) Evaluator Training

The OTES training will prepare an evaluator of teachers, as defined by the role you serve in a Local Educational Agency (LEA), for effective, high quality and consistent staff evaluation using the OTES Model which is aligned to the OTES Framework as adopted by the State Board of Education in November 2011.

The Educational Service Center does not close when Lorain County school districts close due to inclement weather.  Please check here for any cancellations of workshops, events, meetings, etc. or if the ESC is closed.
