24 Game

24 Game Semi-Finals/Finals

The one & only 24® Game strengthens fact fluency in a unique and fun way, making math appealing and accessible to all ages & skill levels! The 24 Game is a card game of intense concentration, quick thinking, patterning and memorization of arithmetic facts. Each Math 24 card contains four numbers. The numbers must all be used, in any combination, using any or all of the four basic operations, to come up with an answer of 24. The 24 game challenges students to develop accuracy and quick thinking. Gifted math students in grades 4-6 compete in preliminary rounds organized by teachers and held within each participating consortium member district to determine the three highest scorers per grade level. These students move on to compete in the Semi-finals/Finals held at the ESC of Lorain County.
